This "mousse" is great for old ladies like me whose hair has turned somewhere between white and grey. I use this mousse and several other colors every time I shampoo and thus can change the color of my hair at will. It washes out easily, I use mousse anyway, and it's fun to go from "Frivalous Fawn to White Minx and everywhere in between. Well, by now, I should have stock in this company for as much of this hair color that I've purchased.My husband uses this monthly, sometimes twice a month if his hair grows faster, and he just loves the color.It isn't harsh on your hair, however, you need to turn on the fan in the bathroom because the scent is rather strong.He's bad and also uses it on his moustache which this color does a great job too.It doesn't look overly brassy or like he's colored his hair, and it even has a very nice conditioner that he uses on a daily basis.We've spent a bunch of money having a professional do his color, but when they've made a mess out of it, this color took care of all the problems.You can't say anything better than that for a product.This stuff is just great!

Naturtint Mahogany Blonde (7m) Review

I couldn't use Just For Men any more, because of the burning, itching skin. So I tried 3 different Natural Brands.

I wish Naturtint made some boxes for dudes, but that's OK. THIS IS THE BEST OF THE NATURAL BRANDS!!

I only get gray on the sides, but really need to die now. This stuff usually lasts over a month before I notice any big changes. It doesn't burn when I put it on, and no one ever knows my hair is died. It looks totally natural, like my real hair 10 years ago.

YOU DO HAVE TO TIME IT PRECISELY HOWEVER! A MINUTE OR TWO TOO LONG AND IT CAN BE WAY TOO DARK. A MINUTE OR TWO NOT ENOUGH AND IT'S TOO LIGHT, LIKE A TRANSLUCENT COVER OVER THE GRAY.

Apart from that, it's awesome. I love it.

AND ONE BOX LASTS 3 APPLICATIONS on my short hair, and my chest! The kit inside is re-usable. You just use a small glass vitamin bottle to mix 1/3 of it!!

I recommend using this product after you shampoo; using it as a shampoo does not lather well.Be sure to remove within 5 minutes; I kept it in for a little longer and I got some blue streaks in my hair.

Clairol Jazzing #58 Ruby Red 3 oz. Review

I bought this from Sally's and it was really nice. I knew it wasn't going to be the exact color b/c my hair is brown. I didn't want to bleach my hair.
I followed the directions, but used a shower cap. It's a little messy, as in my towel, bra strap, and shower curtain all look like there's blood on it.

It was a eggplant-y (a little lighter than that actually) color and it was orangish in the light.

I'll post some photobucket pictures at the bottom of the shower cap and end results.

It lasted about a week, so it washes out pretty quickly.
I shower daily and rinse my hair, and it'd drip orange. The day I washed it, it was basically gone, in my opinion, but a friend who had been absent the past days yelled "Your hair's red!" so I guess it was still noticably red.
I really liked it and also, I used Beyond The Zone Color Jamz, Candy Apple Red and it completely rinsed out, so I don't recommend that.'
Also, I have thick hair and the bottle lasted a while, it went through all of my hair, and we even had a little more that I expected.
