I love this color of henna..I use it bi-weekly..first I mix a small amount in hot water...I apply to my brows and hairline and make myself a saran wrap headband to cover my brows while it works....put a plastic cap on to cover my hairline..then I mix abt 1/2 box (for my length) in very hot water in a mason jar as a pretty thin mixture and let it sit for abt 1 hour sealed..after 1 hour I sit in the bathtub and work the warm henna thru my hair to saturate my hair ..then put my clear plastic cap (purchased at sally's) back over my head then let this sit for an additional 15 minutes....then I rinse out and apply Aubrey conditioner and rinse ..then conditioner and rinse again...usually its all gone by then...then I get to dry my hair and admire the results...love it ! natural hair color is med brown with lots of gray...Click Here to see more reviews about: Light Mountain Natural Hair Color & Conditioner, Medium Brown, 4 oz (113 g) (Pack of 3)
