I have nothing but great things to say about Betty. I purchased the Fun Betty. I wanted to surprise my husband coming back for R&R from a deployment. It was great! Here is also what you need to know. A) It was super simple to use. No-Drip: Absolutely True.
B)I have extremely sensitive skin; not an issue with the Betty products. Neither of the steps hurt my skin at all
C) The color was VIBRANT, I absolutely loved it and had to watch myself or I was showing it to strangers on the street :)
D) The color on your hair lasted a surprising amount of time. What I learned was, a normal female will not need even close to the amount of dye creme that is offered, so you can do touch ups later to revitalize the color.
E) Here is the only CON I can think of, if you have children like myself, you kind of have to lock yourself in the bathroom for the process and it does take a wee bit of time. With 3 children under the age of 10, it was difficult to get it accomplished on the down low, but I finally got it done.
So, its fun, its safe, its truly a non-mess, it works GREAT, the color lasts.
Where can you go wrong? I am getting the new Lilac one when my husband comes home again.
