I started using this brand #83 Medium Golden Blonde (Cream Soda) in the summer of 2009. My first application came out darker. With subsequent applications I left the mixture on "about" half as long as directed in the instructions and it came out as pictured. Color doesn't seem to fade as quickly as other brands. Yes, it fades, but not as quickly. Leaves hair softer than other brands.
