They sent the correct color and sent it on time. A clumsy part is that there is no way to specify the correct color online when you order, so you must contact the seller by email thru amazon to tell them the color number. I did this, and they responded promptly by email and shipped timely. They are an actual salon in Buffalo, New York - not a warehouse. I think that is good bec it means the product is fresh. The only other clumsy thing is that they never identified themselves by their amazon seller name in the email, and the email comes from a person, not from the salon or from the amazon seller name.
